I just placed a large appliance order (refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave) with Lisa R. by phone. I just wanted you to know that Lisa was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful with my order. She answered all my questions, suggested a way to hold the order until the refrigerator was available and in general was a delight to work with. Your prices are outstanding, but as someone who has been involved with sales most of my life, I know that your employees are the most important part of your business. This is my first order with you, but it certainly won’t be my last! Thank you (and Lisa) again.
