“Not only did she alleviate all of those but she also told me that I could call her personally anytime to check the status. She stated that it would probably be two more weeks before I received my item so you can imagine my surprise (and delight) when I received it three days later!
“The range was in perfect shape and installed easily and most importantly, my wife loves it. Long story short, I feel too many times companies only hear about the bad experiences of customers and not the good and I wanted to make sure that you personally knew how satisfied I was. You have put together an online store that offers the same level of customer care that the local brick and mortar companies do, only better.
“I would especially like to thank Lisa for her help. She was one of the most professional and personable people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She made me feel that my small order was the most important order your company had received and her personal concern showed the level of employee that you hire.
