I asked them if they would take some time to answer a few questions.

1)      How did you discover Goedeker’s?

We discovered Goedeker’s just by searching the web.

2)      Why did you choose Goedeker’s over other online appliance retailers?

Pricing was a major consideration. The testimonials from other purchasers swayed our decision to go with Goedeker’s. We purchased a stove from a competitor of yours prior to the purchase from you and were very disappointed. The delivery and handling was a joke. We are still trying to get that resolved almost 6 months later.

3)      What was the best part of shopping Goedeker’s?

It was a breeze purchasing the appliances. At the end you have a bonus coupon if you purchase so much. We were only a few dollars from reaching that goal and  went back to purchase a microwave for what amounted to be around $25.00 with that coupon. That was a nice little bonus. The delivery by the way was very professional and was well taken care of by the shipping company. 

4)      Would you recommend Goedeker’s to friends and family?

Absolutely! I have not stopped talking about what a great experience it was to shop from Goedeker’s. Thank you so much.
